4 teams from the MAC will likely go bowling (Temple, Central Michigan, Ohio U, Northern Illinois). 3 of them will get in via bowl tie-ins with the Pizza Bowl, GMAC Bowl, and International Bowl, and the remaining team will win 7+ games and be picked up by one of the other bowls that didn't fill their tie-in's.

So the answer is yes, the Temple Owls will be playing in the post-season.

I agree, this is a great story!

It's very tough for them to compete with Penn State and Pitt for the top recruits in PA.

They are totally dependent on their RB. If he is healthy, they are going bowling.

Trouble is Temple and all MAC teams will STILL get smacked around come bowl season
