4 teams from the MAC will likely go bowling (Temple, Central Michigan, Ohio U, Northern Illinois). 3 of them will get in via bowl tie-ins with the Pizza Bowl, GMAC Bowl, and International Bowl, and the remaining team will win 7+ games and be picked up by one of the other bowls that didn't fill their tie-in's.
So the answer is yes, the Temple Owls will be playing in the post-season.

I agree, this is a great story!
It's very tough for them to compete with Penn State and Pitt for the top recruits in PA.
