This line opened at Arizona -2. It gradually worked it's way to Cal -3. This took several days to accomplish. All of a sudden, in a couple of hours in Vegas, the line is now Cal -1, and still falling. This has all the earmarks of a "bait and switch". Wager at your own risk. This is not a normal line history.
