    The best gambling master I've ever known gave me his picks this week. When he is hot (which is now), he doesn't lose. You can bank on these:

    UTEP -6.5 over Tulane
    Houston -1.5 over Tulsa
    Oklahoma -4.5 over Nebraska
    Troy -24 over Western KY

    I put these in a 4-game parlay; $40 pays $430ish.
