NC looks better than VT at this time. VT is a 2nd half team in the past and that is probably why they are favored by 10 points here.

Tech is going to have to make some adjustments in the second half to pull this game out. I know North Carolina choked last week and that is a concern this week also. They should have beaten Florida State and they lost the game to them.
