In fact North Carolina makes there conference much stronger when opponents play them

Virginia Tech 4-1 in conference record only losing to G Tech
V tech opponents record in conference play (12-6)
Having that Virginia gave opponents 4 losses and one win of that record in fact
without Virginai Tech that conference seems Much stronger with out the 4 losses

having a schedule where your opponents record is 11-3
and playing a team that opponents record stands at 5-5
Certainly it clear cut that North carolina winless cetainly adds value to givng up 16 points
Adding credibility
certainly with out saying so Nc doesnt have the defense alabama does
Having the Game of the week Early on
V Tech scored 24 points on 155 net yards against Alabama
Even when you are able to all but stop this team
They can and will make somehting happen
Putting their pride in front of them after a loss
and they get to go Home
Where they are undefeated this season
Playing the only game of the night .
Vtech wins by 16 or more points
V Tech is capable of scoring every play
against a team that gives up so many big plays for touch downs

Getting -16 here is very important in so many ways
16 -17 has so many possible ways in a dfferential between the scores
examples
30-14
34-17
27-10
29-13
35-17
24-6 if a late score
and a few unlikley other Possibilities
Having the right team is just half of sometimes you need to protect your self from a loss as well
I like -16 so much better here that I wouldnt bet the -17
