I really like WV -3. Simply put, USF will not be able to stop the run. They couldn't stop the run against Pitt's Dion Lewis, and they will not be able to stop the run game between Jarrett Brown and Noel Devine. That's all their is to it. USF looks like a good team until they play a good team and WV is a good team.
