#3As long as they aren't playing Florida or eventually Alabama they just might.
To be hoest about it LSU has plenty of weapons. the quarterback position though will be an up and down throughout I predict though. He will have moments of greatness and other moments where you're scratching your head look to see who else they can bring in. I do look for LSU to be a real threat next year but as long as Alabama keeps wining and bringing in quality recruits and Saban is the coach LSU needs to get used to playing for second best in the West.Comment -

#4Zboiz is kind of nuts.....and no they obviously do not have the best offense in the SEC. They played one good offensive game against a team that even Mississippi St. went nuts on.Comment -

#7The ONLY position BAMA is deep at is the RB position!
But I give Saban 2 more years and they will be as deep as LSU! BUT SABAN JUST GOT THERE 2 YEARS AGO HE STILL HAVE TO BUILD DEPTH!Comment -

#8no doubt they have top talent like 70% of the other SEC schools.
doing something with the talent is the question.
LSU did look good last night but Auburn shitting the bed had alot to do with itComment -

#11People dont get it. All they look at is rankings and stats.
Go look at Rivals and ESPN and look at LSU recruiting rankings, and you'll be amazed to see there in the bottom in the SEC in offense. It's not because of talent it's because of them not playing well as a team.Comment -

#15LSU has more talent than anyone in the country...BUT...they haven't been in sync...Mr. Davey said it best last night on the ESPN broadcast...They are trying to fit everyone into the game...rather than committing to what works...trying to put all their players on the field...too many gimmicks..They have to click to be the best..they miss Jimbo Fisher..Comment -

"I just hope the bye week really did them some good. Miles said they had some intense scrimmages during the off week to get the offense better. This offense is the most talented in the SEC but until yesterday they have yet to put it together. Well it looks like they finally put it together, If they did that spells trouble for the SEC, because this defense is getting better by the game under this new scheme!"
If you want to call me slow go ahead, you can't make me look stupid. However, I can point out that UP TO THIS POINT LSU is 10th in the conference in scoring offense, 12th (that's last for us slow people) in TOTAL offense, 10th in Rushing, and 9th in passing. I don't doubt that they have the talent to be better, but they are not currently better. If you can't stand people pointing out inconsistencies in your posts, maybe your time would be better spent here: http://www.tigerdroppings.com/rant/
See the IS part in your statement is important. They might have the most talent, but they haven't to this point shown it.Comment -

#22Nope. You know how many teams would LOVE to have Bama's seond, third or fourth string RB? Those guys could start for just about any other team. I wouldn't trade Julio for anyone either. And our nice TE Peek...man, I wish he hadn't hurt himself in warm ups yesterday. He really is better than Smelley. Greg ** might not be lighting up scoreboards at this time but for the most part, he plays smart. Which with our defense works. He has some talented backups too who are starting to get more work in practice. Jackson is just a talented athlete. Darrah is tall and can see the field really well.Comment -
