    Minn. Vs. Penn st.?
I dont see why the spread for this game is 17.5. You have to like Minn. to at least hang in the game if not even win it. Is there something Iam missing?

I may be wrong but I think Penn has covered only once this year against NIU. I have Minn and the points as well

generally speaking, when everybody on this forum is on one team, they lose. last week everybody was on wisconsin...loss. everybody was on ark st...loss. everybody was on boise st...didn't cover.

No I had ohio st in that game... I knew OST was too much for wisky

There is a huge diff between (imo) ohio st and penn st, Penn st is not a top 10 team like ohio st. (regardless of the poles)

Pretty much the linemakers have the same perception on the two teams and its just not the case, but I see your logic, you just need to take a closer look at Penn st. Their coaching sucks, their play is overrated, all of their games they have played shit teams, besides Iowa in which they lost...

This is a classic case of an inflated line, Minnesota isnt a top tier team, but they are a solid big ten team...

They got beat bad in previous yrs but this yr theyre alot stronger imo...

                We shall see??

Constructive criticism of picks with specifics of why the other team is more likely to win ATS would be great. You belittle the lot of us. If you feel that way why stick around?

i didn't mean to belittle anybody. if thats how it came off, i apologize. i really enjoy this forum and the people in it. i was simply making an observation. others have made the same observation. this week i paid more attention to it, that's all. could Minnesota cover? absolutely. i respect most of the posters on this forum and i love all the different views and philosophies that they have to offer. i'm an aspiring handicapper and i feel there is a lot to learn. the little bit that i have learned is that, when %90+ is taking one side, it usually ends up going the other way. isn't that pretty much what you guys do when "fading the public"?
