Before you go laying money on Cal, there are two things you should know about. First, the favored Bears have never won a game in Southern California in the Tedford era. Second, and more importantly, according to the Philadelphia Enquirer (and I have no idea where they got this from), Cal has to BUS to the game from Berkeley, because the UC System is broke and they are trying to save money. That is a 9-10 hour bus ride.
