well i very well like this match up boise state vs tulsa, boise is clearly the winner here straight up if your playing the moneyline .However that being said its going to rain in tulsa and i dont like to bet on games where theres very bad weather such as rain or snow unless its on the total score.Have any of you considered betting on bad weather games. I just cant seem to do it. Is weather a major concern for any of you handicapping?
