I just watched on espn that Tebow practiced full pads (today 10-6) they are keepn it kinda top secret though in FU, this looks enticing, LSU is not as dominating as FU (their Off and Def isnt particularly special) yet they find a way to win.

If this is really gonna be that close which it could, why did the line start so high??

Florida -7 seems like a steal, does it not??

Probably just a lot of bets on LSU since Tebow isnt for sure playing....and people are looking at LSU's #4 ranking instead of looking at the fact that they are an average team

According to the palm beach news Tebow will not start against LSU.

Just heard it on thescore 1300 AM. Also they say they doubt if Tebow even play. Again this is coming from a news source in Florida.

I'm well aware of strengths and weaknesses of SEC teams and the venues.
Tebow will play, Urban will play this game all week until kickoff about Tebow being questionable. Its just the way he is.
make no mistake about it though. Tebow will play.

I almost liked LSU at 9.5 but if this gets under 7 than I'm unloading on it.

There are only 2 questions that need to be answered to determine the winner:

1. How many points can LSU score against Florida? Answer: 10-14

2. How many points can Florida score against LSU with Brantley? Answer: 31+

If Vegas thought LSU could score more than 14, the line wouldn't be higher than 7.

If history has told us anything it's that this would not eliminate Florida fom a Title shot. Alabama will in all likelyhood eliminate us from that but as far as this game goes Florida could lose this game and still get a shot. A one loss SEC team has gotten in before.

I've said it everywhere and I will look like a complete idiot if proven wrong on Saturday night but Florida can beat LSU by the available line with or without Tebow. With Tebow I think it might be a closer game even. Without Tebow this team would get an opportunity to make a statement. Imagine for one second and look at it like this. there is no question that the players on this team fully respect and even adore Tebow. That said they are still human and if you are on a team like this with as much talent as they have and EVERYONE talks about one player first. you have that player go down and have a chance to say HEY we are still a top rated team even without star player. That's a motivational reason. From a schematic reason you have an unknown eliment with Brantley that isn't all bad. More mobility better understanding and ability in the passing game.

I liked Florida at 9.5 with the assumption that Tebow would play I LOVE Florida -7 with the possibility of Brantley playing.

While obvious influences will whisper their thoughts this will be a medical decission. A doctor has to clear a concussed player to participate. Until a player has medical clearance the doctor is held accountable from a legal as well as ethical standpoint.

I agree, Brantly is a top recruit, LSU is a shakey team, the only shot LSU really has is mind-games.
