Absolutely horrible. They would have got the ball in the 2nd half down 7 and still felt like they were in it. Now they're going to be totally deflated. WTF was their coach thinking?

Edit: Sigh, I went from feeling very confident that the cover would come in to feeling almost certain it won't because of one stupid play call.

Well, overall that was a pretty good quarter for Utah St. It would be really interesting from a ML perspective if they hadn't given up that late 1st half TD.

You know when I saw the Utah St. timeout on Gamecast, I had a feeling what they were going to do.

Edit: Well, Utah St. goes for it on 4th and 1 from their own 31 and of course get stopped. First play is 23 yard gain to the 8. Next play is 28-10 BYU. Feel like I'm going to need some luck here.

It's a shame too, because so many close plays going against Utah St. could have made this an easy cover if they had gone the other way.

I've also taken away that any team that can stop BYU's run will kill them, as their QB is a turnover machine.
