First time I have ever done this, I know alot about College Football, so lets just see how it goes. About 60% of the games I had a clear read on, and the other 40% I researched a little and came to a conclusion. As I said your not gonna get all the fancy bullshit writeups to try to disguise my picks, and make people think they are better than they really are but you will make money. Its not cool to lose to me so. I will take good picks and winning over bullshit writeups and losing, maybe its just me.

The Rockets have taken it on the chin from the Cardinals three years running, and with Ball winless, this is the weekend they get in the win column. The Rockets offense is as potent as there is in college football when they're clicking. Unfortunately, with their porous defense an off night offensively could spell doom as I don't see them winning too many defensive battles. Ball has went from a top 20 team to a team that is not only winless but has looked bad losing against a poor North Texas team and sub division New Hampshire. This is the weekend the Cardinals actually play a decent game, and Ball St +4.5 seems like a gift as I have them winning outright, in a high scoring affair. Its also Homecomming and ESPN will be airing the game as well. Ball St. 41 Toledo 38.

30-18 could be realistic but the problem is you are risking 1000 dollars to win 200 and thats if you hit 60 percent....The more games you bet the better the chance it lands around 50...........

Nah, i don't care about write-ups. they are nice reads to kill time but basically a write-up is done to support ones take on the game which it obviously biased to that selection so in the end they really don't matter. A write-up won't change the outcome of a game.

I was doing it for a while mainly because I thought my layout looked cool. Then the games weren't winning like they had previously and all I was left with was some outstanding very professional looking crap.

This is kinda a side project I came up with yesterday. I already had money on games(some alot more than others) at other books. Just want to keep these 48 games seperate, thats why I put the same on each game. As I said I know alot about CFB, but not gonna do fancy writeups, unless asked. Whats better picks that make cash? Or fancy writeups that win nothing?

I think for the purposes of a sports forum , fancy writeups that win nothing are better than just picks from most people.

I am not begrudging you just posting picks. That's fine. But it will take a few years of documented success before anyone takes someone elses picks overtly seriously without reasoning behind their plays.

I make my own plays. As someone who does that , I find reading actual information about a game or about an angle that I had not considered to be helpful to me regardless of what the person posting that information/angle has selected as their play.

I guess my question to you would be , Why should a person care what you pick right now when you have no previous track record ? Atleast if you shared why you like what you do , people could learn information or get an understanding of whether you have a method to your madness or not.

I realize that isn't possible when you have 48 games that you have bet on as there isn't enough time to do the writeups.

Interesting that you think the market is inefficient on 48 games in one week but best of luck.

Check my post history please, my "real picks" were posted in the "players talk" section, the 48 were something to help pags out with his writeups. Please check post history. Kinda obvious when you check my history that I went AGAINST some of the games I had posted here. But if you wanna think that I knew enough about 96 teams to make 48 bets, ok thats cool too, my loss.

Once again this can all be verified in post history. I have rarely posted plays all year, but did yesterday in my "load up on the games", which were:

USF -6.5 which clearly went against the Syracuse I had posted in this thread.
Northern Illinois -6.5
Tulsa -17
Miss -10
Houston -14
