As a Cal student, I clearly have forgotten that Washington State is in the Pac-10. However I haven't forgotten that this is the same team that had to have open quarterback tryouts last year. My system, which is based on pure stats and not power rankings, has LA Tech beating Hawaii 29 - 26. When you factor in Hawaii has played 3 straight shit teams and Tech has played Auburn and Navy, I feel comfortable laying 5.5 and taking Tech. And in addition to the level of competition the two teams have played, the fact that Hawaii historically sucks when traveling to the main land including a 2-5 record on the road last year, makes me feel even better.Comment -
