Whatever the motive was for Florida to simply win the game against TN yesterday and not destroy them will not be the case this week.
22.5 is a gift.

Florida is vincible. They have yet to play a team with a pulse on offense. Offensively it looks like they may have trouble if they have to pass it

I been telling people this for weeks about Florida but people don't want to listen. Florida has problems at the WR position. Defense has to be there strengths because there offense isn't as advertised.

Also there defense can be vulnerable also because like I keep preaching they gave up 200 yards in the 1st half to Charleston Southern

I agree their defense will lead the way. But do you really think Kentucky can put up some pts because I see Florida scoring at least 40?

The WR position is one of the easiest positions to fix. The play calling was the biggest culprit Saturday, along with a UT defense who is easily top 5 in the country.. I wouldn't start fading them just yet.

UT is a little better than UK IMO... Little better.
I think UF cover's easily. This is UK we're talking about. If there are 2 teams the gators own it's UK and Vandy.
Louis Murphy and Percy Harvin will be missed this year, they will not run the table this year, however this week they'll be fine.

Florida beat kentucky 61-0 last year. On a side note kentucky was playing all high schoolers last year, but for this year florida is still dominite and should win handily.

Dude shove that bullshit stat up your ass where it belongs. It was the first game of the year. There defense is not ****ing worried about those 200 yards. The next game it was raining, they still rolled Troy. You are the most annoying rival fan ever. LSU isnt even in the same ARENA as this Florida team and you just cant take it. Florida is going to RUN A ****ING TRAIN THROUGH BATON ROUGE!

The Florida players have been given hand jobs by the media, fans, alumni, etc etc for a calendar year. There's only so much of that you can hear until you come out to a game thinking you can just show up and win by 100...then play flat. Tennessee has a very, very good defense and a lot of people think they just played not get blown out. UF won't play a defense like that again this year unless they play Alabama...but outside of FIU and Vanderbilt, they probably won't play an offense that anemic either. The Tennessee game either exposed Florida or was a wake up call...and as much as I would like to think it exposed them, I don't believe it did. To beat Florida, it's going to take a LSU or Alabama with a great defense to slow UF down or an UGA, Arkansas, or FSU to win in a shootout. I'm not sure Kentucky can do either one of those things.

Meyer was very conservative on offense with his play calling. Why? I'm not sure but they only threw 15 passes total. That has to be a UF low for the past 20-30 years. The playbook was as vanilla as can be. They didn't even attempt a deep pass all game long. I think UM just wanted to win the line of scrimmage and physically beat UT combined with Kiffin running clock led to a close game. If Tebow didn't turn the ball over twice this game would have been much larger win.
UT beat Texas Tech by the same 10 points but they don't seem to be catching any heat... UF will be ok.

care to wager on that? Ya Monte Kiffin "exposed" them. Did anyone figure out how to score on them. Your quarterback has struggled against Vandy and Washington, yes those are good teams, but Florida is the best.
So put your money where your mouth is.

Florida will win by 24. Their defense will smother Kentucky and will get at least 7. The Tennessee game was a wakeup call -- like last year's game against Mississippi, except this time they didn't lose.

The call needs to be made to the offensive coordenator. While it is true that we lost a couple of serious threats in Nelson and Harvin we still have playmakers at reciever. True enough those guys like James, Cooper and Hernandez have had some drops but the coaches have to have faith in them and the confidence to keep getting them the attepts. While thr running game with Demps. Rainey, Moody and Tebow is gonna always be good it is also very predictable. Florida will beat Kentucky Saturday and they will do it just running the ball with the same ole' plays but we have to realize that teams like an LSU an FSU and later in the year an Alabama have the personell to shut this down enough to win the game.
Urban made reference to Tennesse not playing to win the game this past weekend but our play calling was a little on the play to not lose the game.

Wall66, thats because Florida coaches know they dont have the personel they use to have. So they have to call plays close to the vest. You guys freshman Andre Dubose was suppose to take Harvin spot but he's gone for the year. You guys are really hurting at the WR spot.

I agree that Cooper and James are no Nelson and Harvin but they are capable of making plays. Certainly they have had some drops but we have to keep going back to them. One thing that is a negative with Urban's staff has been a trend of getting away from the passng game when there isn't early success with it. Even in games last year when there were a drop here or there early on in games the tendancy was to not go back to it.
If Brandon James sprints down the sideline there are few that can cover him. If he drops one early you have to give him another opportunity at some point. One and done is good coaching when it's a gadget play but not when it's part of a good gameplan.

Hernandez is one of the best TE's in the game. Deonte is one of the best WR's as well. Hines, Lawrence and Hammond will all be good WR's, give them time. To think that UF has problems when we only threw the ball 15 times and was a fumble away from blowing the game away 30-6 is very premature. I don't expect UM to be as conservative on offense again. Ironically, the last few times the offense was conservative and relied primarily on TT we lost or was in dogfights. Bama in the SECCG, OU in the MNC, Ole Miss loss, Auburn loss a couple of years ago, USC near loss, etc... The staff has to learn to spread the ball around and start trusting more players. UM really only has trusted TT and Harvin. He's going to have to open up the circle of trust.
