MIAMI, FL. (WHTM) – Penn State head coach James Franklin shared an update on the status of star pass rusher Abdul Carter, who was injured during the Fiesta Bowl on New Year’s Eve.
Franklin says the team expects Carter to play in the Orange Bowl against Notre Dame and that Carter is continuing to work toward recovery with it ultimately being a game-time decision.
“He’s doing everything he possibly can to play,” said Franklin. “His approach has been awesome. He’s lived in the training room. But it’ll be a game-time decision and we’ll see.”

Heck of a post season run you had in here bud! Great job. Glad Ohio st got that FG at the end for ya don’t wasn’t a push. Also, switching gears here but Go Gators! First time in a while I’m excited about our shot in March/April!!!
