ugh SMU just ruined my entire bowl season.

That game stunk from the opening kick, you just knew SMU was not into it. Plus, playing on grass in cold weather. That said. Boston College might be the worst bowl team in history. Look at their schedule and wins. If this game was played at SMU, BC would have been 25-point dogs they are so bad.

BC lucky they even qualified, one of their wins was FCS Holy Cross, and two others were Army and Uconn, and UConn is basically FCS at this point. I'm surprised they didn't have UMass on the schedule.

Think it shows how flipping bad the ACC was this year. NC State was clearly the second best team by the end of the season, and what does that tell us? Louisville absolutely getting embarrassed by Kentucky, FSU and USC.

And, yes, the play calling was brutal (K State too, forcing too many passes on 2nd and 3s, I don't get it behind their line, but they got away with it with a couple 4th down conversions). First quarter, 4th and a full yard, NC State sneaks the QB at the line instead of giving him a running start in the shotgun was idiotic. Of course he was stopped short.

That was my worse game of the bowl season so far. I had Nc St +3, Nc St live +8, and the over. All I needed was for that coach to kick the FG instead of going for it on 4th down and I win one of them. Thankfully, since that game I have not lost and bet every game too. Even, had Brownies and the over in the NFL. Stopped betting the totals though after that KState game. I'm horrible at college totals and I accept that.
