Honestly, I think that's a quick hook. I know I'm in the minority on this:
*Bryce Young was the reason Alabama's offense was down last year.
Young is not a big-arm QB. He's a diminutive guy. Even at the Coll level, he doesn't stretch the defense enuf.
I think people will figure that out on the NFL level soon. Big litmus test vs the Saints. If they can't get to 20 pts Home vs the Saints, then Young might just not have it.
The switch to Buchner is amazing. Notre Dame has put together solid Off Lines. This guy Alt is going to be a high draft-pick.
Buchner/Pyne struggled last year. Look how comfortable Hartman is now at NDame. IMHO, starting Buchner = bad move.
If you were thinking about laying it with Alab this week, think twice. The big plays at QB won't be there with Buchner starting this week.
