Oklahoma -13.5 vs Nebraska....seems really low; how does Nebraska respond after Frost gets fired?

USC -13.5 vs Fresno State....seems really low

Washington vs Michigan State +3....seems like the wrong team is favored

A&M -6.5 vs Miami...Aggies in bounce back mode

Tennessee vs Akron +48...too many points for Vols in a letdown spot.

Ohio State vs Toledo +31...Toledo is decent; in-state rivalry game for Rockets; OSU looking ahead to B1G season

In terms of power rankings, Houston -9.5 vs Kansas & Notre Dame -10 vs Cal are strange. Recency bias has really adjusted these lines.
