Its just hard in these bowl games when you side with the team that has the worst QB. NC State had no chance in this game with the awful QB play.

I hear you. I'm convinced in the bowl games nowadays you can take any logic out of the picture. It seems like most dogs have jumped out in the lead from the start.

Had UCLA ML Over 51.5 (+165). Up 28-14 on a pick-6 against some nobody no talent little \*\*\*\*\*\* QB and find a way to lose the game. Miracle stop/comeback to go up 1 with :34 left and let the little twinkle-toed koksmoker beat them. Unreal

I did live bet Over 51.5, but thought I lost for sure and tilt bet $400 on Clemson on Over 32.5. So I'm sure they'll score 32.

Most f up bowl season I've ever seen. Shorthanded teams playing with more heart instead of just giving up 2H like they used to do. Fresno only game that went along the lines of the regular formula

The teams with more players missing are the ones winning. I mentioned that the other day. A team the other day was missing 6 starters on defense and they held the other to like 250 yds. None of it makes sense

Your point is a good one:

*Have to look at specifically which players are out. WHO is irreplacable?

I'd argue that very few players are irreplacable. If a player holds a 1st Round Draft grade, yes, there will be a dropoff. If the program is good, they falloff might not be too big.

What about certain positions? Running backs are more interchangable (except for maybe the All Americans).
...Off Linemen harder to replace IMHO, b/c they work together as a group.

Lastly, the basic trend is that guys going into the Transfer portal are NORMALLY reserves that weren't playing much.

I have had a good bowl season, but it’s only because I have played nothing but underdogs. Just tried an experiment; they’ve covered at like a 65% rate. Playoffs are a different matter, though. I believe favorites have covered 7 of last 9 dating back to Bama-Clemson Sugar Bowl semi in 2017. So a total contrast.

I do think OSU getting a little bit too much love. Makes me want to take Ga. Remember the game is in Atl—check out the two other games the Dawgs have played at Mercedes Benz this year. It’s like a home game for them and will be tonight.

Bama has far and away more talent even tho they have not played to expectations this year and still 5 points from undefeated.
With this much time to prepare I look for a 3 TD win or more!
