Mississippi State tends to get off to a quick start but they also have shown signs of fatigue and poor tackling in the 4th quarter. Tulsa notoriously gets off to a very slow start but outscored their opponents in the second half more often than not. I'm taking Mississippi State -3.5 (+275) and moneyline (+100) first quarter.
