I can not believe two of these decisions by the Refs in the last 45 seconds?

I picked up Kentucky live +7.5 and they scored that TD right before half. The guy upper body was in the end zone with the ball and his knees weren't even close to the ground. I don't know how they said he was stopped? Losing that TD killed all their momentum

His knee might have been down earlier. That means they couldn't reverse the call on the field.
