Penn State -9 - Michigan has depended on the running game because of Patterson's limitations, Penn State front 7 is great and Penn State offense has gotten better. I bet this game earlier in the week at 8.5 , I still like it at the current line of 9.
Ohio State -28 - Ohio State has been very consistent even against lesser opponents with day and this is a night game. Northwesterns quarterback play has been horrible with all of their quarterbacks. Ohio State knows they likely need to go undefeated to get in the playoff.
