Lots of time and the lines are out. The bad news, not much to 'cap on as far as info goes. Here is a very early look with some leans:
Florida -7 to vs Miami (FL)*...An inexperienced Miami offense could be the difference. Florida returns QB Franks. Defense seems to be the strength of both teams.
Wake Forest -3 1/2 vs Utah State. Utah State returns only their QB and a tackle on offense. While that may be good enough to challenge later on in the season in the MWC, it is not good enough in week 1 at ACC's Wake Forest, who should have enough returning talent to cover 3 1/2 points at home. Don't give too many more points tough.
South Florida +11 vs Wisconsin. No doubt that Wisky should win this game, but with just 3 offensive starters returning and having to replace the entire defensive line, they are going to be forced to grind it out against a USF team who returns 9 on offense including QB Barnett. 11 points is too many to give.
Boise State +4 1/2 vs Florida State* If Boise State can develop a decent QB, they may not lose in 2019. Florida State has been a major disappointment recently and must show improvement on offense and stop taking so many penalties to have a chance here. Is the wrong team favored?
