There were some brutal beats for everyone in these games. I don't recall so many wild finishes due to crazy plays (fumbles, pick offs, coaching moves). It'll drive you crazy.

I think the problem many make at Bowl season, myself included, is too many plays. I have a very disciplined friend who played only 3 games: A&M, KY and GT and is now finished at 2-1. He told me that if one looked at all the bowls combined, it wouldn't even be a decent saturday card and so three games at a dime a shot was his strategy...I, on the other hand, admittedly overplay for the action...

I just played 5 games and felt overwhelmed....good luck to those who have the stamina and stomach to bet more than that.

If the results are to be believed, it looks like a money management/human nature issue, and not a handicapping issue at all.

Bet size dependent on game hype = trouble.

Respectfully though....I did not role on my two "big" plays because of anything to do with "hype".......they were just the two I had as my "Bowl Loks" which happened to be on the same day & I had posted my thoughts on one of them well before any F@#$ing hype developed. Also, all of my picks are well documented here & were done so in a timely manner. I was actually embarrassed to post my Bowl results, but it is what it is. I just don't have any interest in the rest of the Bowls other than to watch & enjoy, just like I enjoy this forum with all the great capping & discussions without people talking sh#$ here.
