Can anyone tell me why the clock stoppped running for close to 15 seconds after a 2nd down handoff that didn't go for a first down in the third quarter of the Cal/A&M game? Doesn't sound like a big deal but that and the Cal quarterback not taking a knee makes me VERY suspicious on who had money on the over last night. If their was ever a game that makes you go hmm....it's this one.
