Seems like a stupid time to run a horrible fake punt when Alabama was in "punt safe" coverage.

Now Kirby Smart wants to talk about how Georgia should still be in the Playoff.....We already know Georgia can't beat Bama when Bama is playing with their second string QB. We already know Georgia couldn't win their conference, has two losses, got blown out by LSU, etc.

Look, I think Georgia is probably a top 4 team talent wise but you can't just let two loss teams in that don't even win their conference. The games have to mean something. Georgia controlled their own destiny today and choked it away. They have no one to blame but themselves.

If you pin Bama deep, All of the pressure is on Bama with their backup QB in the game. You have two timeouts and can possibly get the ball back with good field position.

I’m sure Saban wouldn’t have been too aggressive pinned back inside his 20.

When you give Bama the ball at midfield all of the pressure is on your defense and Bama is a lot more comfortable calling plays knowing they only need a FG.

The fake itself wasn’t even a good play. Bama was looking for it and the backup QB was in the game. That play wouldn’t of fooled a dead piss ant.

Yep. I don’t think they’ll win but I think they’ll make things uncomfortable for Bama’s defense.

Obviously there wasn’t a great choice for #4 his year. At least we get to see Kyler Murray and that offense against Bama’s defense.

Last year Georgia had a great defense and I think had only given up over 20 twice. OU has 31 at halftime. This is a better offense with Murray and his scrambling ability.
