My justification comes with how Central Florida tightened up its defense on Memphis in the second half and figured them out when they played each other in October.
Memphis was whooping them in the first half, had a steady defense in the 3rd quarter until a 4th and 1 71 yarder from the Knights changed the momentum the game.

I think I will still lay the number, and I think it's a good idea to hurry upon it so the line doesn't move.
