ND -10 - Syracuse has been good in the ACC but the ACC is garbage, NC State got exposed in against Wake and Clemson hasn't played top level competition. Miami is a bad team. Syracuse's offense is solid but they aren't a good passing team and their defense is weak.
Minnesota -2.5 - I think this is a letdown spot for a Northwestern team that clinched a spot in the big ten title game, Minnesota is playing hard and Northwestern has no running game.
