USC lost two QB's as well as the game at Utah last Saturday Night. Starting QB JT Daniels has a concussion and probably will not play Saturday against Arizona State. #2 QB Matt Fink sustained 3 broken Ribs. That leaves Freshman Jack Sears and a couple of walk on's. This may be a blessing in disguise for USC, as Daniels play has been average at best so far this season. Sears has displayed some talent and was a back-up to Sam Darnell before being red shirted last season. How bad is the Pac 12 South? USC has the downhill part of their schedule left, at home to Arizona State and Cal, and away at Oregon State and UCLA. Only Cal is above .500 at 4-3. If USC wins out in their conference games, and Utah loses to either Oregon (at home) or at Colorado, a potential 4 loss USC team could win the PAC 12 South. That is pathetic.
