Any strong winds , heavy rain forecast for any part of states tomorrow?

I can tell you in Iowa it will be sunny and a nice playing temp of 45-50 @ kickoff. But, the wind is supposed to pick up and be quite strong 20mph+ even higher gusts. So with the Hawkeyes line moving down to -9 People took Maryland early and now the weather is helping keep it at 9. Hawks have been explosive through the air and Maryland on the ground, I honestly don't think it will impact hawks enough and I'm on them @-9. Only because finally Ferentz is learning to stick his foot on the neck of a team that's down, and keep it floored til the end. Despite the wind, Hawkeyes-9

Wow at half the only thing they seemed to want to give them was the ball. 23 mins ToP to Maryland 7 mins. See if the Hawks blow it open 2nd half.
