Tulsa better than their record. They played well for 3 quarters last week at Houston.

Not sure about laying the points but I've got USF ML in a parlay. I've seen Tulsa's last couple of games, both QBs are weak, they have no downfield threats and as soon as they go behind by 7+ they're done.

If USF can stop the Tulsa running game for a half they'll have had enough opportunities to build a sizable lead.

USF not great on road. Shoulda lost on road to Illinois and played down rib Umass on road last week.
