On a beautiful roll right now. Looked at this one pretty hard for an hour and feel like I've figured it out!
App State @ Ark State Over 59.5 + small parlay App State -9.5
App State is 4-0 Over this year and scoring 50+ per game! They're so well coached and had a couple of diff spots where they were one play away from beating Penn State in Happy Valley.
Arkansas State is a good program overall, but their defense is terrible. They've given up over 300 rushing in both of their last 2 games to Georgia Southern and UNLV. Their offense isn't great, but the bye week should help.
Oddshark has it at 47-27 App State which seems a little high, but App State should score at will and put it on them in the end.
