wk4 matchup question?? washington state geeting +4

usc not good at all state on the rise big?? as a seasoned capper i stay away from betting against teams ranked in top 45 its not a good proposition(got to stick to my models despite what it appears to not be)
but I think state is a great play here, thoughts??
