called to see if I was eligible. told me I was. they called back minutes later to say that because I'm in reduced juice program that I am not eligible but because they told me I was , I would be. would have to call instead of online to get out of bet. asked if I could switch programs to be eligible for more promotions. they accommodated. really can't ask for better customer service.
