utah's offense is just horrendous this year. even if their defense is pretty solid i can't see how they cover unless they get a few defensive/special teams tds. i also like north texas +7/ml since arkansas looks to be pretty bad this year.

I lean utah +7. Washingtons offense hasnt exactly been lighting the world on fire either. Utah is a tough place to play and their special teams are always sound
