Who is planning on a picks thread? Want to be monitored? Contest?

Simple rules. I'll monitor, grade, post results.

For bragging rights.

Nothing for you to do. If you plan on having a picks thread, and want to be graded, monitored and judged against the rest of your peers, join.

If you lose interest in your thread after 2-3 weeks, you just get dropped from contest.

These can be fun.
