    Armed Forces Bowl
    Saturday December 23rd, 2006

    UTAH (7-5) at TULSA (8-4)

I am looking for Tulsa to exploit Utah's weak pass defense while Tulsa should shutdown Utah's potent passing attack. Utah has been great at forcing to's and that may be the x-factor in this one. I am leaning towards Tulsa on Saturday.

Wasn't Utah a big underdog in last year's bowl game and won outright?

At the opening number, Tulsa was the play, but now that the game is a virtual pk, Utah would be the only way I could go. Whittingham has only given up 17 total points in three bowl games, and I think he can figure out a way to stop the unique offense Tulsa brings to the table.
Best of luck with whoever you play, this should be an enjoyable game to watch.

I'll be playing Utah today, gentlemen. Good luck. Utah has a definite advantage in strength of schedule in my opinion and I like what Razz said above. Simply from a geographical perspective, Utah, by nature, sees a lot of Mickey Mouse offenses. If anyone can stop Tulsa, it is Utah. I love good run defenses and Utah has one. If Utah can stop Tulsa on the ground, they have a helluva chance of making this game easy. We'll see how it turns out.

I'll play Utah and the over in this one. Tulsa seemed to slip late in the year.

Utah has been solid in bowl games, and they did play BYU very tough in the final game this season. I like them -2 here.
