UTEP - 19.5, i was hoping the line would be a little bit lower but i'm not suprised, i will play them anyways for the simple fact Rice sucks hasn't won a game all year hasn't covered the spread all year, if Navy beat them by 20 point plus don't see why UTEP can't, jump on this early before it goes over 21
