I have Ohio State passing the Badgers after the Penn St win.

Furthermore I predict:

5.Penn State (Staying ahead of Clemson because the Syracuse loss vs. a 1 point Ohio State loss)
6. Clemson
7. Notre Dame (up 2 spots after dominating N.C. State)
8. Miami (Staying at 8 after mediocre North Carolina win)
9. Oklahoma
10. Oklahoma State
