Weather change for Ohio State/Penn State

Looks like the weather is no where as bad as predicted:

Yeah, I really like OSU today. I think talent-wise they're better. Penn State's toughest road game so far this year was Iowa and they barely survived. I think the Buckeyes are just a tad bit tougher than the Hawkeyes.
