    Weekday Games
The week offers one of the better weekday lineups. The games:

Thursday: Texas -5 1/2 @ Iowa State. We get to find out exactly what Texas has. Their next 3 games are Kansas State, OU in Dallas, and Okie State. Iowa State goes to OU next week.

Friday: Miami -5 @ Duke. Miami finally got to play a game last week and had no problems defeating Toledo. Undefeated Duke only gave up 17 points at North Carolina last week.

Nebraska -7 @ Illinois. Does Nebraska have anything left, or are they just going to play the season out. Illinois won two games against FCS teams and was destroyed by USF last week.

BYU -3 1/2 @ Utah State. a disappointing 1-3 BYU team is averaging 10 ppg. Utah State averages 10 ppg in their two losses, and 55 ppg ion their two wins.

USC -4 @ Washington State. If you like offense, this is your game. Both teams can score at will. The team that can find some type of defense probably wins this shoot out.

This week offers a real oddity. All 5 away teams are the favorites. How many home dogs will win this week. Vegas may love this weekday action. Away favorites win at a higher percentage than home favorites do.

I have no idea what you are talking about, but I will give it a shot. First, I NEVER said that the odds were my picks. They are the current posted odds in Las Vegas. Secondly, the game has 4 quarters, NOT two. I do not give a caca about any score except the final score. That's what pays off in Vegas. Miami easily covered the spread.

Miami did not cover the spread against buthane cookman. My point is miami is not a top college team this year. I look at all angles of how to beat the sportsbooks had you looked at the fact that miami had not been playing any games for a while maybe you would have taken toledo the first half. So many people are set on what the final score is they forget that if the public is all over a favorite and it wins they think vegas loses money well thats not how it works. There are so many bets on one game like totals ,team totals, quarters, halfs, serveral diffrent point spreads. By the way how did that Kentucky Florida game work out? I pretty much said that Kentucky would not win. Theydid win the pointspread. Heres a thought take a NFL team underdog during live betting and once the underdog goes to plus 21.5 on the point spread take it.

I have made a very large amount of money wagering on college football. There are several rules I never break. One is this. I never wager on games involving USC, no matter how good the line may look. I think that the Total in the USC-Wazzu game (64 1/2) is a gift but I will not wager on it, even though there two average over 80 points combined per game on offense. Another thing I do is NEVER count the games that are not lined in Vegas (for the most part) as lined games just because some Mickey Mouse off shore book is offering it. The third thing I never do is chase wagers. While I may make the occasional half time wager, I never make live betting wagers.

Bottom line. When (if ever) you win a much money as I have wagering on football, then we can talk. Until then, the only thing you have told me is that you think that Miami is not a top rated team. My question to you is simply this. Are you going to take Duke and the 6 to 6 1/2 points or not? I am going to pass on the game because I do not think that either team has a major advantage in that game. I could care less which one of those teams may or may not be a top team.

I like how you say mickey mouse off shore books. Some of the books off shore are major players in the world and including in las vegas brick and mortar sportbooks.

GOOD write-ups ,are you as a pro betting these yourself?? Are you just giving your opinions based of past results that DONT have future weight?? I want to be a pro how I go about write-ups?? I would say stay away from all these games little bird has said all his life you do not wager on games where the 2 teams are so close together in ranking ,no matter how much value is perceived in the line.. Unless you have profits and want to chance taking very small shots ,but that's a different subject.. THIS shit is funnier than the mr. Rodgers show

Duke has impressed me so far, getting points at home for a weekday night game looks appealing.

Nebraska laying 7 on the road? They have looked absolutely diabolical.

Duke at +7 now. Will have to give that some thought.

Byu line is weird... not sure the QBs are healthy.

No opinion on the others yet. USC game should be fun

i usually hate weeknight college games except on Thursdays then it usually is take the dog night. Fridays is just bad and crappy games. Its just better to wait till saturday. College basketball is bad bets on fridays its usually ivy leagues playing and i cant make heads or tails of the games.

So let me get this straight. You have two 4-0 teams in the Pac 12 (USC and Washington State) going at it. A 4-0 Duke team against a 2-0 Miami (Fl) team going at it. All the home teams are dogs. But you think that those are "bad and crappy games". Right.

You are such a dumb arse. Just how many teams do you think have a chance to get to the college playoffs? Eight? Max? So that would leave 120 college teams that you think are pretty much crap. The only thing that is definitely crap is your opinion. Grow the f**k up little boy.

I'm taking Nebraska. It is the only one that seems like a blow out in the making. Can't see this going down to the fourth quarter. Nebraska has the advantage on both sides of the line. I know about the problems Nebraska is going through. I also know the problems Illinois is going through(NO TALENT). Corn Cobbs on the Beat Down!

what happened to BYU line? is Magnum sp? playing? BYU should be alot better than USU with just about anyone at QB although if memory serves me correctly USU had big cover last week.
