WRONG. There is a certain percentage that each machine must fall between, but any changes can be made immediately IF they are between those numbers. The casino manager control ALL of the action. Vegas can fk up just like the public.....they just fix it unlike most degenerates. For example...I was in Vegas in late April and went 6-1 betting Over in baseball. It was obvious that HRs were way up and runs were piling up. I hit most of the Overs by the 5th-6th inning. Now they have lines of 10 regularly all over the place when that used to only be in Coors or Wrigley with the wind howling out.
