where are these programs at this year?

i thought i'd throw out the names of some classic tweener programs. many of the other teams in their conferences are either always good or always bad. these ones - and probably a few others - swing around alot

so here goes - and i will share what i find,

arkansas
auburn - not really a tweener program but they swing like crazy ATS by season
cinn
iowa
istate
kentucky
mississippi state
nc
pitt
tt
wf - lower end of tweenerish.......

How about both Arizona's in the Pac 12? As far as that goes, how about UCLA?
