WM just intercepted USC but i think it'll be overturned..... might stand. not sure.

i definitely thought there was chance USC wins by 50.... Sam Darnold Heisman party etc. etc.

but i also think when you have months of heisman hype off 9 games last year that there was risk that USC would be very flat today. and i think Darnold/USC needed to consolidate their success from last year - which is not easy. conversely, i don't think lamar jackson needs to consolidate his success.

Same story every season last 10 years or so. USC ranked in the top 10 to start the season only to massively fail.

i agree although maybe not quite as emphatically..... not sure they'll win this one though. nowhere near as high powered ohst, wisconsin - similar sittuations - and WM is theoretically pretty good team.
