Both Michigan and Florida lose most of their starters on defense and key players on offense, but Michigan returns their quarterback and the 3 offensive linemen Michigan lost were not draft. Michigan brought in Indiana's offensive line coach and most of Michigan's new starters got significant playing time last year. I also think Harbaugh and his staff will have this these new more talented players ready. Michigan's special teams should also be better this year. Florida will start Franks, a redshirt freshmen, and Florida's offensive line struggle last year.
