I like under in WVU/TCU, think TCU will slow the game down similar to what they did vs Oklahoma State. I'd put it around 63-65 points.

CSU/USU: Didn't cap this one, but slight lean over, like 67-68 points.

Like under in Oregon State/USC, but that about 51-52 points but a low floor because I don't see Oregon State getting much at all.

Like it! Moved to TT u13 added to it. This Dawg defense is salty. Missing DL Thompson and 2 ILBs backers today which is a bit concerning however DL has depth andshould be able to control LOS allowing #3 Quan to make plays all over the field. #32 Rice will fill in today at ILB. He’s just a fresh but he’s a player. Love the way this secondary is playing right now. 30-3 Dawgs!

Coaches are just too damn smart for own good. Dawgs up 45-7. Ran ball for almost 400 yds. Bring in back up QB and drop back 1st play. Sack and fumble. Inside 1yd line. Piss poor play call cost us here.

Yeah, I was watching that. Vandy TT and CMU TT both lost due to complete flukes (CMU blocked FG just before half and ran back for TD). Oh well, onward and upward.

I tend to grade my plays not just as W/L, but according to how easy/tight/lucky they were. Maybe I should return to that to break out of this funk.

Gonna ponder this for a bit today. For the moment, the picks I can feel good about are:
Memphis/UConn over 71
TT TT over 46'
Illinois/Iowa over 44
and, to a lesser extent
Miami/FSU under 46
Utah TT under 23

To make 16 plays and only be able to feel really good about 5 says something about my process. Definitely not the way that I felt the first few weeks of the season.

And, we'll dispense with Vandy TT under and CMU TT under - both lost, but if not for flukes, they win.

AF/Navy under deserved to lose, but I'm not mad at myself for that play. Coming in, under was on a 28-7 run in games between service academies. A couple of fluky things happened early that opened that game up, and it deserved to lose, but I'll still look to play under in that spot in the future.

TT/KU over and Purdue TT over won, but shouldn't have. What did I learn? Better to play opposition TT over rather than game over in Kansas games. KU still can't really throw, and since Herbert didn't have nearly enough touches yesterday (then got hurt on his one big play), TT D never really had much about which to worry. Purdue offense has big upside, but Blough's decision-making and lack of outside playmakers remain a problem. Minnesota's lack of playmakers contributed to this game never opening up the way I'd hoped. In short, I think that Gophers and Boilers both should take a big step forward next season, and that their respective offensive styles (esp pace) should contribute to high-scoring games long-term, but I'm probably engaging in a bit of wishful thinking when I project their pace now --- they simply don't have the tools to do what they want offensively.

Temple/ECU over was a bad pick because, thanks to their offense, defense and pace, I've gotten into a mindset of wondering how an ECU game can stay under. Well, Temple's offense, defense and pace were the perfect antidote. As the expression goes, it takes two to make an over.
