West Va. only returns three starters on defense going in, and this is no help at all. They open in Landover Md. against Va Tech, a team that is picked to battle for the ACC Coastal title. Va. Tech is between a 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 point favorite. Food for thought. The line seems low, but may not have accounted for the injury to Long.
