5d. if you were stalking the lines last night like i was, it was available for a short period. the line moved to 80.5 so i bought the alt line. then weird enough i wake up and the line was 79 which is weird cause i expected atleast a little more over action

haha you old kook i just said i buy pts but not all the time.. this specific week it just seemed needed to have a little extra cushion. and it worked. why are you so surprised that i bought pts and won on the WMU/Memphis under game?.. what about these games?? --> (arkansas state, Tulsa/CMU under, Western Kentucky/Memphis Under).. the games that are bold were also alt lines and they all still covered..

say what you want QH but you CAN buy pts every now and again and still be successful in this business. i just proved it. i dont care what YOU say. besides my 1 mediocre regular season performance, i am one of the sharpest on this board. bar none. remember that.

(only few will understand this next statement) "but i sometimes bet on the games specifically cause of the number, not the teams that are playing".. i clearly do not buy pts every game/week cause in that case i would've bought the +11.5 -125 for wyoming but i didnt. cause actually, i think Wyoming could win it outright.. 10pts is entirely too much. line should be -4.5 or -5 BYU.. i pick n choose carefully on what games i buy pts on cause if you have ever been murdered/saved by a hook in garbage time you will understand the severity of SOMETIMES buying up for cushion

exactly my point. anyone that actually shops there and knows how it functions should know this. but 83 was -138 late that night when the line moved to 80.5. i went to bed expecting atleast 81.5 or 82 by the afternoon. but it threw me for a spin when i saw it at 79! cause i expected atleast a little more over guys. ive been seeing alot of reverse movement in these games too.. happen in the tulsa game with the spread.

hahah see grivas what i am not trying to do is act like i do this consistently.. cause i dont. but i am getting good at it. when i have a chance to be extra sharp i will. i mean it was the only bowl game of the day. i was focused in on the total only. i didnt even look at the spread. beside the WKU/memphis game and the closing number, every single bowl game so far has went under. the under is 6-1 so far. im just following the trend man. not going to make it more difficult than it is. just follow whats been happening till it loses.

and as far as my time machine, its under repair.. my dad is taking forever to fix it. it will be up for rent in january.

i am not consistent at it cause i simply dont do it on a consistent basis. i may not buy another alt line this entire bowl season. who knows. i just look at the number and the price for it and if the price is decent ill shell out, usually no more than -135..

and whats funny is QH is saying you cant win if you buy pts.. coming from the guy that will spend -500 or -750 to win just one lousy unit is still beyond me. i know for a FACT you dont win cause you will literally buy -14 or 17 pt away favorites. thats no different than buying pts. its actually worse the way you were doing it.
