Thing is, after being in Chip game last year, Clemson was looking forward to the playoffs all year. Therefore they had many close games that shouldnt have been close. Which made their rating drop and wasnt as high as normal. As stated before according to ratings State should have been a bigger fav than even -3.5, but oddmakers wasnt gonna set it higher but they did go ahead and set it off the -3. It was a blessing that Clemson had so many close games or that spread never would have been what it was in the first place, also losing to Pitt at home made them drop even more, luckily still in playoffs and this is what theyve been looking at all year, ready and focused.

That's what usually happens around this time of year. Never fails. Teams that are not supposed to win end up covering and straight up winning. Rigging is real, but not many want to believe it happens so....this game will get close before it's over.
